Shoulders feeling like they need a little TLC? Give them the love they deserve with this shoulder accessory work program. This program provides 2 weeks of exercises to target shoulder flexibility, mobility, and stability to improve overall shoulder health. It is designed to improve movements such as pull ups, bench press, and overhead lifts. Program includes 4 days per week for 2 weeks, and should take 20-30 minutes each session. Equipment needed: PVC pipe, light weight plate (2.5-5lb), dumbbells, kettlebells, pull up bar, bench or chair, barbell, and pull up resistance bands.
