Hip tightness affecting your squats? Irritation after prolonged sitting? Get your hips moving buttery smooth with this 2 week accessory program to address flexibility, mobility, and stability throughout the hip joints. This program is designed to improve movements such as squats, lunges, and running. Programming includes 4 days per week for 2 weeks, and should take about 20 minutes each day. Equipment needed: kettlebell, bench or chair, pull up bar or step.
