The low back is one of the most commonly tweaked areas with lifting. Improve your back health with this 4 week accessory program, created with exercises designed to improve your mobility and strength. While this program is designed for the barbell athlete, it can improve common deficits in any athlete. Programming includes 4 days per week for 4 week, and should take 10-20 minutes each day. Equipment needed: barbell, dumbbell or kettlebell, resistance band, a step, and a bench.
